The Sovereign reads cover verdicts. The Sovereign issues ACT / DEFER / KILL. The Sovereign does not delegate final authority. There is no committee that overrules the Sovereign. There is no automation layer that bypasses the Sovereign's read.

Every prediction logged via prediction-log. Brier scores faced honestly. When the Sovereign is wrong, the Sovereign updates — does not deny, does not retroactively rationalise. Calibration is honest face-to-face with reality.

Will Preserve the Founder.
Vitality, Equilibrium, Hearth, Kin, Allies are not optional councils. The body is not a sacrificial offering to the build pipeline. Relationships are not deferred until launch. The Sovereign commits to remain alive, present, physically capable, and emotionally connected.

No coasting. No retreating into maintenance mode. The Borg compounds across decades because the Sovereign keeps shipping — new councils, new amendments, new builds, new chapters of the chronicle.
