Project-level predictions. Forecasts NAEMA Body subscriber count, NAEMA Agency MRR, Pengu accuracy, exit timing. Predictions logged to prediction-log. Brier-scored quarterly.

Insurance layer. Maintains a watchlist of structural risks — Direct IT exit timing, crypto exit drawdown, partner concentration, founder health. Triggers when a watchlist item shifts threshold.
