Domain scans. Weekly deep-dive on a specific external domain — AI capabilities, crypto market structure, design tooling, distribution platforms. Output feeds Architects + Speculators.
Experimenters
EXIST
Small bets. Run weekly experiments — new tool, new tactic, new format, new market segment. Each experiment has a hypothesis, a kill criterion, and a callback date. Failed experiments feed Eulogists.
Speculators
EXIST
Long-horizon thinking. Quarterly deep Opus session on 5/10/30 year bets. Not Telegram-surfaced. Outputs a Speculation Note added to slow-state. The structural answer to short-termism.
Convergence

Cross-pollination packager. Reads Frontier output and packages combinations — what would Pathfinders’ weekly scan + Speculators’ quarterly note + Experimenters’ latest test mean if integrated. Outputs converged opportunities to Architects.
Renegades
EXIST
Wild-idea generator. Weekly pitch of something the founder would never have proposed themselves. Often killed by Critics. Occasionally one survives and becomes a Renegade Architect spec.
