Built lean on the Game Studio precedent: 2 of 6 councils awake at start, one weekly pulse, self-demotes if unread. Shipwrights is the feature-build project manager (lead: Captain Kirk); Cartographers keep the Octocise Doctrine.
Serves. Refusing to let the number-one revenue venture be run as nobody's mandate, spread thin across four generalist divisions.
